I Am HIV Positive And Have Been Infecting Men – Kenyan Lady Confesses

A Kenyan lady Harriet Vihenda Akunava has confessed that she is HIV positive and how she has been infecting men intentionally.
Harriet took to her Instagram page to reveal this, noting that she has been bitter all these while, which is why she passed the infection on.
According to Harriet Vihenda Akunava, it is time to come out clean and she sought forgiveness from the men who must have come her way. She then advised the men who have had sexual intercourse with her to get tested for the dreaded infection.

“It’s time I come clean. I was bitter for many months but I can’t do this anymore. I am HIV positive and I have been infecting men. I am sorry, forgive me. Get tested if I have hanyad you“, she wrote on her IG page.
As expected, many users have trolled and dragged her mercilessly on social media and Harriet is pleading for mercy, though via another IG account but with the same name
