Popular celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha, known as Mompha, has slammed a defamation suit against crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky.

The businessman shared the court documents on his Instagram page on Thursday.

In the documents, Mompha slammed Bobrisky with a billion naira defamation suit. He requested that the money be paid for damages and compensation.

The papers, which were dated December 22, had requested an open apology from the crossdresser.

This is coming days after the crossdresser called his former best friend, Tonto Dikeh, out for owning him.

Mompha’s suit is due to the allegations made by Bobrisky’s former P.A, Oyke, who revealed the crossdresser told her about the secret relationship between himself and Mompha.

This had infuriated Mompha who in turn called Bobrisky out for lying, resulting in a series of leaked voice notes to be against and in support of their claims respectively.

Mompha, in the documents, denied borrowing Bobrisky’s cars, debunking the crossdresser’s claims.

He wrote, “I have today through my Solicitors served on the person of Idris Okuneye aka ‘Bobrisky’ a letter of demand for a retraction, apology and compensation of one billion naira for the libelous and defamatory publications made and or concerning my person.

“All the allegations made by Bobrisky in the said publications are false and calculated attempts to cast aspersions on my integrity.”
