Veteran rapper Michael Stephens otherwise known as Ruggedman has said that the inclination to observe Nigerian performers consistently touched off his new undertaking, the Establishment Night.

Ruggedman spread the word about this during a talk with The Country at the fair closed Establishment Night which was held at Club Pluto, Lekki, Lagos.

The rap act noticed that, not at all like the Foundation show which holds every year, Foundation Night would celebrate veteran performers blended in with new age specialists consistently.

He acknowledged that the point of the gig is to be the go-to recognize for exemplary evergreen melodies.

“I don’t want to wait to celebrate Nigerian entertainers once a year, I decided to pick one or two or three entertainers from my time to host and celebrate them once a month,” said Ruggedman.

“I want a situation where when people hear Foundation Night they would know that this is a place where they can come and see artists from my time. So that’s what foundation night is about.

“I like to grow things organically so I am building this from the ground up the same way I am building Foundation Concert from the ground up. It’s going to be artists from my time but of course, supported by younger artists.

“Next month which is June, I have Cynthia Morgan, and already taking with one more person that is gonna come on with Cynthia Morgan. I already have Reminisce for July so it’s gonna be monthly and it’s going to be fun.”

He additionally examined the requirement for help from partners and brands to make the huge arrangements a reality.
