Nigerian Man Uses House Rent Money To Buy iPhone X For His Girlfriend After Being Threatened

A Nigerian man called Seun and identified with the Twitter handle @akphies left social media users in stun after he described how he utilized his home lease cash to purchase an iPhone X for his girlfriend.

According to him, the entire thing occurred during his sweetheart’s birthday. Evidently, she had taken steps to dump him should he fail to do such.

Out of sheer love for the girl and to avoid being dumped, Seun chose to be the “immaculate beau” by satisfying her wants or whatever she so desires. He took the cash intended to settle his lease and purchased the iPhone for her.

“It was her birthday. She insisted I must get her a new iPhone X or she calls our relationship quit. Out of love, I used the money for my rent to get her the phone. I have just today to pay my rent or I get kicked out of my apartment,” he said.

This sparked reactions from his followers and fans. Most of them were not in support of what he did and even question whether he was in his right mind or facing some mental challenges.
