In a frightening new development, Nigerian rapper Iceprince Zamani was detained by the police for kidnapping and assaulting a police officer early on Friday morning, according to Benjamin Hundeyin, PRO of the Lagos State Police Command.
The rapper was stopped for driving without a license plate and agreed to be taken to a station, but during this time, the rapper kidnapped and assaulted the police officer in his car and even threatened to throw him in the river, according to an update posted by SP Hundeyin just moments ago on his Twitter page.
