Nigerians can now register for vaccinations through the Covid-19 Vaccination Registration portal, which was launched by the Nigerian government’s National Primary Health Care Development Agency.
On Tuesday, March 2, 2021, 3.92 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will be delivered to Nigeria. The COVID-19 vaccine will be delivered for the first time in Nigeria, making it the third West African country to benefit from the COVAX Facility, following Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire.
The vaccine’s arrival will allow the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) to begin immunising Nigerians in priority groups, beginning with frontline healthcare workers.
