Olamide moves me with his insight into showbiz – Asake

Music started for me quite a long time back while in school yet I began expertly in 2015.While in school, I had a few singles that got out and about and acquired ubiquity. (In any case), I viewed it in a serious way as a profession in 2015 and till date, I’m actually ‘kicking it’.

Artist, Ahmed Ololade, also known as Asake, has said he appreciates working with rapper, Olamide Adedeji, and his YBNL Records, especially on the grounds that the last option figures out the music business in its entirety.

He told Saturday Beats, “Olamide inspires me in every way you can think of. He has got a great personality. He is a great musician and he understands the music business in its totality. For me, it’s an honour to be close to a man who knows his onions.”

Depicting his experience working with Burna Kid on the remix of his (Asake’s) tune, ‘Sungba’, he expressed, “Working with Burna was amazing. We hung out, listened to music and recorded. It was such a sweet moment that I would always remember.”

Going through a world of fond memories, the vocalist reviewed that music started for him while in school. He said, “Music started for me quite a long time back while in school yet I began expertly in 2015.While in school, I had a few singles that got out and about and acquired ubiquity. (In any case), I viewed it in a serious way as a profession in 2015 and till date, I’m actually ‘kicking it’.”

On the greatest penance he has made for his music profession, the ‘Omo Ope’ artist said, “The biggest sacrifice I have had to make for my music career is my time. I could have been somewhere else doing something other than music, but I decided to wait, even though it was not paying off when I started. I gave it so much time. I sang and recorded even when I did not have to.”

Responding to the thought that youthful artistes don’t have any idea how to deal with acclaim, Asake said, “People handle things differently. I cannot teach another man how to handle his business but I can tell myself how I want mine to be. I have always been a cool and focused guy. I believe in less talk and plenty actions. I know that I am here to stay.”
