Real Madrid has been hit with a major blow as Thibaut Courtois, their prominent goalkeeper, has suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture in his left knee.

The club released an official statement confirming the unfortunate injury and outlining Courtois’s impending surgery.

The injury occurred during Thursday’s training session at the club ahead of the upcoming La Liga games.

The announcement, released by Real Madrid, stated,

“After the tests carried out on our player Thibaut Courtois, he’s been diagnosed with a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of his left knee. The player will undergo surgery in the coming days”.

Courtois’s injury raises significant concerns for Real Madrid, as the Belgian goalkeeper has been a vital component of the team’s defensive structure.

An old Update of Davido on Bounce Radio Live talking with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has now resurfaced, adding fuel to the heat between the two mega musicians.

This came after Davido took to Snapchat to call Wizkid “Beggie Beggie” for a post Wizkid made about them going on tour together.

In the interview with Ebuka, Davido said that he had no issues with Wizkid and had made plans to do a joint album and tour with him.
