Ayisha Modi is still talking as she alleges that Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale is HIV AIDS positive.

Ayisha Modi accused the ‘Kaikai’ hitmaker of being HIV AIDS positive after she accused him of allegedly sleeping with his cousin.

She also alleged that Shatta slept with his baby-mama Shatta Michy and Hajia4Real in his house.
