Senator Shehu Sani has said that most Nigerians have religious views about suicide bombers, hence making us lose our common ground for unity and brotherhood.
He stated this via his Twitter page after a suspected suicide bomber, identified as Nathaniel Samuel, was arrested on Sunday in Living Faith Church also known as Winners’ Chapel situated at Sabon Tasha, Chikun Local Government Area in Kaduna State.

The suspect had been handed over to the police at the Sabon Tasha Divisional Police Station.

“There are those who are not happy that the alleged bomber ‘is not a Muslim’; there are those who are happy that the alleged bomber ‘is a Christian’.We view our common tragedies via our religious lenses and prejudices and hence lost our common brotherhood and humanity,” Sheh Sani tweeted.
