Singer Tems has gone on an hunger strike while being held in police custody with Omah Lay in Uganda for breaching COVID-19 rules in the country.
The singer in a video shared on social media was seen rejecting food from the Ugandan authorities and said what if she wanted to die.  “ What if I want to die? I don’t want to eat unless you strap me to a chair and force food down my throat. “I haven’t eaten in the past 24 hours, and I’m not eating for the past 48.
