On Saturday, a soldier whose personality is yet to be confirmed whipped a young lady he examined was dressed inappropriately.
The issue occurred around 9:47 am at Oju-Ore in the Ota area of Ogun State where the soldier stripped the lady of her clothes on the streets.
The lady donned a pair of shorts and white knitted coverup when she was lashed uncontrollably in public. The soldier had to be begged by onlookers severally before he freed the lady.
