Sylvester Nwali Ngwuta, a Supreme Court Justice, has died.

The senior judge, who had a run-in with the current administration in 2017, died in his sleep on Sunday, according to reports.

Sylvester Ngwuta was planning to retire when he turned 70 years old on March 30th, 2020.

At his official residence in Abuja, he died peacefully in his sleep.
