Reacting to the ongoing chaos the Lagos, Abuja and other states as hoodlums vandalize and loot from people’s properties coupled with destruction of cars and loss of lives which has sparked outcry by people across the world, AY said a prayer for wisdom for the leadership and asked for a revival in the land.

Taking to his Twitter page, he wrote,

There is hope for a better Nigeria. We serve a God of restoration. Today we pray that God almighty would give wisdom & empathy to our current leadership. We pray 4 revival in d land. More importantly, we pray for our leaders to seek common ground & unity with us in Jesus name. Amen

Singer, Davido has finally replied to his colleague, Dammy Krane over allegations of debt.

Recall that Dammy Krane has been at loggerheads with Davido for over a year after he claimed that the singer owed him after their hit collaboration on his song, ‘Pere’.

Dammy Krane appealed to the billionaire musician to pay him his debt for his daughter’s sake.

Replying to the allegations of debt by Dammy Krane, Davido took to X to spill his side of the story.

According to the billionaire musician, he also never got paid for the 3 verses he sang on Dammy Krane’s song 9 years ago.

He also recounted how he housed the singer in Atlanta when he was homeless and also fed up all through his stay.

Davido breaks silence on Dammy Krane’s debt allegations

Award-winning music star, David Adeleke, aka Davido, has finally reacted to colleague, Dammy Krane’s allegations that he owes him money for royalties of a song he wrote for the OBO crooner.

Recall that Dammy Krane recently called out Davido again over alleged debt, pleading with the DMW boss to pay him for the sake of his daughter.

Reacting to the allegations via his X handle on Friday, Davido said Dammy Krane also never paid him for three verses he gave him in his songs, ‘In Case Of Incasity’, ‘Gbetiti’, and ‘Izzue’.

Davido said he now charges $150,000 per verse, which means Dammy Krane is owing him $450,000 for the three features.

He also said Dammy Krane never paid him for producing his song ‘Pooner’.

Davido added that Dammy Krane never paid him for housing and feeding him when he was homeless in Atlanta years ago.

Quoting Dammy Krane’s tweet where he boasted about being the first person to give Davido the tag ‘On the beat is Davido,’ the DMW boss wrote, “I never got paid for that also my 3 verses I’ve gifted you all your dead career … .. oh yea plus my royalties , we charge now so that’s about $150k x3 a verse.. also house rent and food when u stayed in my house in Atlanta when you were homeless.”

Popular Nigerian music producer Samklef has come online to continuously call out Afrobeats singer, Davido, saying the artist doesn’t act like a celebrity.

Samklef’s frustration comes after the singer, Davido, turned to Twitter to deliver a veiled warning amid reports of owing certain individuals.

This tweet has angered Samklef who has taken to his page to drag Davido. He described him as a celebrity who makes noise everywhere.

Samklef also described Davido as a local boy who does not behave like a celebrity and someone who grew up abroad.

Samklef captioned his post, “Owe owe one! – 001 no Dey make noise! Go SEE Scarface. when sosa want make move for Scarface (tony Montana ) he no make noise. U need to come make I lecture you the 48 laws of power. Try learn from wizkid u no Dey do like person wey stay for America Kai!”

Recall that Samklef accused Davido recently of owing him some money.
