Popular actor, Frederick Leonard has spurred reactions on social media over a movie scene of him and his female colleague, Queeneth Hilbert.

Taking to Instagram, Queeneth Hilbert shared a clip from their moment on a movie set. In the Update, Freddie Leonard who was clad in royal attire sat on a chair in the bedroom while Queeneth Hilbert who also sat close to him crossed her legs in between his thighs.

The duo conversed softly as Queeneth Hilbert gently touched Freddie Leonard’s chest. At a point in the clip, the two actors shared a kiss before their private moment was interrupted by a man. In line with the script, Queeneth Hilbert blasted the man for barging into the room without knocking.

The Update however stirred a lot of reactions from netizens who took to the comment section to drop varying remarks.

FG approves salary increase for civil servants

The Federal Government has approved an increase of between 25% and 35% in salary increase for Civil Servants on the remaining six Consolidated Salary Structures.

A statement signed by the Head of Press of the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission (NSIWC), Emmanuel Njoku, said the increases take effect from 1st January 2024.

Njoku added that the government has also approved increases in pension of between 20% and 28% for pensioners on the Defined Benefits Scheme with respect to the above-mentioned six consolidated salary structures with effect from 1st January 2024.

The Salary Structure is the Consolidated Public Service Salary Structure (CONPSS), Consolidated Research and Allied Institutions Salary Structure (CONRAISS), Consolidated Police Salary Structure (CONPOSS), Consolidated Para-military Salary Structure (CONPASS), Consolidated Intelligence Community Salary Structure (CONICCS) and Consolidated Armed Forces Salary Structure (CONAFSS).

A young female Nigerian student has been crying uncontrollably after getting her JAMB results where she scored 289 instead of 300 score which she had intended.

An X user identified as Alex Onyia made the revelation as she spoke about the young girl who’s from his village and had missed out on a scholarship because she scored less than 300.

He shared audio of the young girl crying and saying that she’d failed her family and her parents by not reaching the required mark.

Alex pondered how he could make her feel better though he commended her sense of responsibility and willingness to do better.
