When recruiting, there are certain traits employers look for in the ideal job seeker. No matter how perfect your resume or curriculum vitae (CV) is, there are still several crucial factors employers and any HR company consider during an interview.
Getting hired is possible when you have an edge over the others or when you have something exclusive to offer – something which makes you stand out – your “PERSONALITY”.
While we are not born with every desired trait, it is imperative we gain these attributes as we continue in our career and subsequently during our next job search.

1. Tech Savvy
Being tech-savvy will be an advantage to get hired. These days organisations face heavy competition and recession. So they require candidates who can bring innovative ideas or develop products or services which help the organisation to grow vertically. They can also train others to work for the common goal.
This isn’t talking about your ability to physically jump through hoops or walk balance beams; metaphorically, a company wants to see if you can adapt when necessary, recognize shifting dynamics, and possess intercultural skills that help you find common ground and collaborate with your colleagues.
