How To Make Cheating Partner Confess – Lifestyle Nigeria

Are you suspecting your partner of infidelity? Here are five ways to help you get clarity without resorting to invading their privacy and indeed make your cheating partner confess.

Engage in casual conversation and listen carefully

Begin by asking your partner about their day and the people they spent time with in a casual tone. This approach keeps them from becoming defensive. Liars often avoid delving into the specifics of their stories, so gently encourage them to elaborate on details.

Check consistency without alerting suspicion

Revisit the conversation on another day, but start from the middle of their previous narrative and ask them to continue. Pay close attention to the details.

Inconsistencies or alterations in their story may indicate deception. Approach these follow-up questions with the same casual demeanor to avoid putting them on guard.

Avoid  yes and no questions

Opt for open-ended questions to prompt more elaborate responses. This technique makes it harder for your partner to give simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers, which can often bypass deeper truths. Avoid double-barreled questions that offer them an escape by choosing which part to answer.

How Cooking With Firewood, Charcoal Equivalent To Smoking 20 Packets Of Cigarettes — Expert

Lifestyle Nigeria gathered that the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Gas 360, Emmanuel Uwandu has revealed that cooking with firewood and charcoal is equivalent to smoking 20 packages of cigarettes.

He stated this on Friday, 26th April, 2024 during the unveiling of the 20,000 metric tonnes of Liquified Petroleum Gas Depot Project by Windek Energy Limited in Atabrikang Aquaha, Ibeno Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

Uwandu emphasized the dire situation, particularly in the Niger Delta region, where approximately 21,000 women lose their lives each year due to reliance on firewood and charcoal.

Drawing a stark comparison, he equated cooking with these traditional fuels to smoking 20 packs of cigarettes daily, highlighting the immense health risks faced by Nigerian women on a daily basis.

He lamented the lack of attention given to this silent killer, stating that while diseases like malaria and HIV/AIDS receive significant focus, the deadly impact of cooking with “dirty” fuels often goes unnoticed.

Despite being the leading cause of mortality in Nigeria, clean cooking initiatives receive minimal funding compared to other health interventions.

Uwandu urged both national and sub-national governments to prioritize clean cooking solutions and seize global opportunities to address this issue.

New Controversies Cloud Prosecution Of UNICAL Prof Accused Of Fondling His Female Students – Lifestyle Nigeria

A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Friday, fixed May 16 for ruling on a motion filed by Prof. Cyril Ndifon, the suspended Dean of Faculty of Law, University of Calabar (UNICAL), seeking an order quashing the sexual harassment charge against him.

Justice James Omotosho fixed the date for the court ruling after Osuobeni Akponimisingha, the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC)’s counsel, and the lawyer of Ndifon, Joe Agi, adopted their processes and presented their arguments for and against the motion.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Ndifon and his co-defendant, Sunny Anyanwu, had alleged that Akponimisingha was not qualified to practise as lawyer.

The duo, through their lawyer, Joe Agi, SAN, insisted that Akponimisingha’s name was allegedly not on the roll of Legal Practitioners in Nigeria pursuant to Section 2 of the Legal Practitioners Act.

They argued that the four-count amended charge preferred against them by ICPC was incompetent as a result of the disputed identity of the anti-graft agency’s lawyer.

They said the development had robbed the court of its jurisdiction to entertain the matter.

They, therefore, prayed the court to quashed the charge against them.

Akponimisingha, in his counter affidavit dated March 20, accused the suspended dean and his legal team of being jealous of his academic qualifications.
