Do they know they can easily do the registration/application online with their phones, tablets or computers without the stress of queuing and frustration they are putting themselves through. It\’s sad they are showing themselves to be idiots. I see a lot of these nonsense where people (even more shameful – youth) punishing themselves for no just cause, when it takes minutes to do on their own.

Are you sure you aren\’t the idiot here? PVC registration is in two stages. The first stage which is just pre-registration is what you are referring to. The bio-data capturing stage involving facial and fingerprints profiling has to be done at the Inec office.
