\’Make Money, So When You See People Suffering, You Won\’t Need To Pray, You Will Just Pay\’

Former Nigerian presidential aide, Reno Omokri has advised his followers to make money.

The renowned author shared this on his social media handles urging them to make money so they can help others who are suffering financially.

Making ., he wrote;

“Make money, so when you see human suffering, you wont need to pray, you will just pay. Be like the Good Samaritan. When he saw the man attacked by robbers, he didn’t pray. He paid. In your time of need, you need payer warriors, not prayer warriors! Study the Good Samaritan. What did he have that separated him from others. 2 things. Money and compassion. If you want to be good in this world, you must have money and compassion. Compassion without money is like a car without fuel! Going NOWHERE! Money gives effect to your kindness”

“They are damaging English football” — Pochettino

Latest entertainment gist

Chelsea’s manager, Mauricio Pochettino, expressed vehement criticism towards the Update Assistant Referee (VAR) system following Chelsea’s 2-2 draw against Aston Villa on Saturday.

The Blues found themselves trailing by two goals in the first half but managed to stage a comeback, leveling the score in the second half.

Axel Disasi believed he had secured the winning goal with a header, only for VAR to intervene and disallow the goal. This decision ultimately left Chelsea settling for a draw. With this result, Chelsea currently sits in 9th place in the Premier League standings with 48 points.

In a post-match statement, Pochettino stated,

“Two different things: the referee said it was a foul and disallowed the goal and then went to the VAR to confirm. The referee is unbelievable and it’s ridiculous. It is difficult to accept these types of things.”

He went on to reference previous contentious VAR decisions, including one in the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City, which further fueled his frustration.

Omowunmi, the wife of Ilerioluwa Aloba, Nigeria’s late musician professionally known as Mohbad, has received the court summons for her to carry out a DNA test to confirm the paternity of her son, Liam.

The Eagle Online recalls that a Magistrate’s Court in Ikorodu, Lagos had given the order for substituted service on her.

This followed the inability of court bailiffs to serve the summons on Omowunmi personally.

According to available information on Saturday, the summons was affixed to the gate of the last known address of Omowunmi.

This followed the application filed by the legal team to Joseph Aloba, father to the late singer, which sought an order to serve Omowunmi by posting all the originating processes and other processes in the suit on her last known address.

A statement signed by a member of the legal team to the Aloba family, Monisola Odumosu, confirmed this.

According to the statement, the legal team, led by Emmanuel Oroko, had argued that the sheriff had attempted twice to serve Omowunmi the court process but failed.
