The acclaimed actor shared the good news with his fans via a post on his official Instagram page.

Pete Edochie said in his post that the title from his maternal homestead arrived at the most unexpected time in his life.

During his announcement, he took the opportunity to teach his supporters how to address him and pronounce his new chieftaincy title.
He wrote: “New Chieftaincy Title: IBOBO Umuleri…. Pronunciation: Umueri….. Umueri being my maternal home.”
